FleetSRP is India’s dedicated Transport and Fleet Management Software built to unify fragmented logistics operations. Road transport businesses typically run on disconnected registers, spreadsheets, and basic accounting software — leading to revenue leakage in driver advances, delayed freight invoicing, unmonitored tyre wear, and unbilled detention.

What it does

Freight GR (Bilty) Management: Instant bilty generation, multi-stop consigner/consignee handling, e-way bill verification, and GST freight invoices.
Trip Sheets & Advance Settlements: Complete trip ledger tracking driver advances, fuel slips, toll/FASTag charges, loading/unloading expenses, and balance payouts.
Tyre & Parts Inventory: Serial-number tracking for tyres with position mapping (front/rear/stepney), remolding history, puncture logs, and cost-per-kilometer analysis.
Garage & Fleet Maintenance: Job cards, scheduled servicing alerts, breakdown tickets, and spare parts requisition tied directly to vehicle numbers.
Transport Accounting: Double-entry bookkeeping designed for logistics — party ledgers, freight billing with TDS/GST, broker commission, and truck-wise profitability.

The hard part

Reconciling trip profitability in real-time. A truck completes a 2,000 km haul across four states incurring fuel slips, cash advances, toll deductions, detention, and return-load commissions. Unifying all expenses against the specific GR before closing the driver trip sheet is what prevents financial leakage and gives fleet owners exact truck-wise margin visibility.
