What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us and what is needed to run the site:
- Enquiry details. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number, selected service and message you enter.
- Technical data. Standard web server logs record IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects aggregated usage data about how visitors move through the site.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the project you contacted us about.
- To provide services you engage us for, and to support them afterwards.
- To keep the website secure and to diagnose faults.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful to visitors.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.

The site itself does not set advertising cookies. Where analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while there is an active or prospective working relationship, and then for as long as needed for our legal and accounting obligations. Server logs are retained for a short period. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us.
Client project data
Where we build or maintain software for a client, any personal data inside that system belongs to the client and is handled under the agreement with them, not under this policy. We work to signed confidentiality terms on client projects.
